I have my own site and do not want to move it. Can I still use IDW's Eye Select?
Yes, what we can do is simply link your site to your IDW solution. If you have Package Level 2 or above, you can even customize the site so your customers would not even notice the difference. Alternatively, with a Level 2 or higher account, we can seamlessly move your site to our servers. This costs just $15/year and we will automatically renew your domain name registration by 1-year and continue to renew annually.

I have no skills in HTML or programming, can I still get results with IDW's Eye Select?
Yes. IDW comes in two modes. The default mode allows you to manage and administer your IDW solution completely from your web browser. The advanced mode allows you access to the templates to download and develop your solution to meet your unique needs. Additionally, our web control panel contains a rich text editor (much like Microsoft Word ®) which allows you to create HTML pages without any HTML skills!

What happens if I run out of image license packs or disk space?
You can contact your IDW rep and move to any plan that supports your current needs. We will immediately update your IDW solution to your new plan.

Do I have any limitations to what I can sell online?
The only limitation you have is the number of Image/Inventory License Packs you have in your IDW solution.

Can my customers pay me online using a credit card?
Yes, we will set you up with a merchant account and payment gateway module to conduct all your online needs. Details

Eye Select Online Studio does not restrict you to using one specific lab printer for your images. You can use any of our professional lab partners or have your own printer process your images!

How do I get my images to my clients?
Eye Select Online Studio is seamlessly integrated with the world's leading shippers: USPS®, FedEx®, UPS®, and Canada Post®. Depending upon your needs, our lab partners can ship directly to your customer or back to you!

Can I sell other items online, or only images?
Eye Select Online Studio gives you the ability to sell your images online, plus other products and services! In addition, the software will even "upsell" these products automatically for you – thus, all customers will be given the opportunity to purchase frames, albums, or whatever else you wish to sell.

Can I grow my online business at the same rate as my offline business?
Eye Select Online Studio is 100% Scalable. That means that no matter what size your business may grow to, there is an Eye Select product for you!

Do I get to have my very own website? One designed to reflect my personal tastes and business identity?
Eye Select Online Studio is your very own, 100% customizable, website! No programming or HTML needed if you choose any of our professionally designed templates.
