If you are selling art online directly to your client, there are many models you can use to complete your order. A typical workflow model for fulfilling your orders follows:

1. Customer places and pays for order in your Eye Select Online Studio system.
2. Eye Select automatically generates an email notification that a new order has been received and is ready to process.
3. You access your Eye Select Administrative System (a.k.a. Wizard Toolkit) from your favorite internet browser and proceed to the Order Manager.
4. Process your new orders in the Order Manager.
5. Each order provides the details of the artwork sold.
6. Package and deliver images, and update order status.
7. Updated order status is now available to your client for tracking.

If you are selling art online directly to your client, there are many models you can use to complete your order. A typical workflow model for fulfilling your orders follows:

1. Customer places order in Eye Select Studio.
2. Artist receives notification of new order.
3. To access new order, go to your Eye Select account check to make sure you have enough tokens to view your orders.
4. If you do not have enough tokens, add tokens to your account to retrieve your orders.
5. Once paid, you have access to your new order.
6. Open your Order Manager and go to your new order.
7. Collect the information for your new order and contact your customer for payment, or if using PayPal or Google Checkout, issue an invoice.
8. Once you confirm payment for the order, you should fulfill the order by shipping the artwork to your customer.
9. Update the order status for your customer tracking.

If you are selling prints of your original work online, then you can handle the printing yourself or use one of our print lab partners.  We are not a print lab, so you have full freedom regarding how to handle your printing. 1. Customer places and pays for order in your Eye Select Online Studio system.
2. Eye Select automatically generates an email notification that a new order has been received and is ready to process.
3. You access your  Eye Select Administrative System (a.k.a. Wizard Toolkit) from your favorite internet browser and proceed to the Order Manager.
4. Process your new orders in the Order Manager.
5. Each order provides the details of the images that should be processed, if you need to print your order. If you have a limited supply of preprinted image then use that supply.
6. Correlate the order details with your own image management system (i.e. find the Hi-res images that needs to be printed).
7. Print the hi-res images.
8. Package and deliver images, and update order status.
9. Updated order status is now available to your client for tracking.

Selling Prints Workflow for Free Account
If you are printing and delivering your image orders directly to your client, there are many models you can use to complete your order. A typical workflow model for fulfilling your orders follows:

1. Customer places order in Eye Select Studio.

Our partners have a number of workflow models, from sending you self addressed envelopes to submit your hi-res images, to ftp accounts tied directly to their system.
