Event Email Reminders

There are two types of e-mails that can be sent:
- Non-Buying Customers
This e-mail will be set after the number of days you configure to any customer that has subscribed to an event but has not yet purchased any photos from that event. - Pre-Expiration Notice
This e-mail will be sent the number of days you configure before an event expires. Regardless if they have purchased photos, this e-mail will be dispatched to any users subscribed to the event.

Customers who have their own images and photographs can easily order printing services from your Eye Select Online Studio Lab Edition with the Online Print Wizard Application. The Online Print Wizard is a downloadable application that runs on Microsoft Windows computers. This application allows your customers to send the JPEG files they want you to print, directly to your system. Payment and order details from the Online Print Wizard is stored in your Eye Select Online Studio's Order Manager. Customer's who use this application can track their orders through the order tracking number issued by your system.
Professional Photographer Event Management System
The Image Loader Application is a special tool tied to your Eye Select Online Studio system. Your photographers can download this tool to managed their events in a simple drag and drop system outside of their browser environment. Mac and PC compatible.
This tool has two modes:
Administrator Mode - The administrator mode allows you to create and manage all events, price lists, and settings for your associate photographers (watermarks, expiration dates, notification messages, and much more).
Photographer Mode - The Photographer mode allows your associate photographers to create and manage just their events and their settings.

Drag & Drop Simplicity!
Simply drag your images or folders of images right into the program window and it will automatically resize your images, watermark them (optionally), and upload them right to your online server. In just a couple clicks your event can be online. No need for pre-processing, zipping, or uploading via your browser! It¹s all done for you!
Auto Resizing
No need to pre-process your files, as this tool will automatically resize your thumbnail and detail images.
Watermark Builder
Allows you to type in text then select a font and placement, or select an image to use as your watermark. A slide lever to automatically create the transparency of your watermark to your specifications is included.
Event Manager
- Event Specifications - Set event options specific to your photographers or global. You can set expiration restraints (i.e. 30, 60, 90, unlimited), image size restraints, and more for your associate photographers.
- Event Viewing - View all Online Events. You can view all online events and edit/delete images. In ³Photographer Mode² a photographer will only see their respective events.
- Event Editing - Edit Any Event at Any Time. You can edit pictures (rename, add captions, rename categories, etc), delete pictures and events, and more with simple drag & drop and click actions.
